The best Anastasia Beverly Hills Lipsticks for Olive/Indian Skin tone

Do you love ABH but not sure which lipstick shades to try? Find here the swatches of the five best Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipsticks for Indian/Olive Skin tone.

Last week I was at the supermarket and it was my favorite Cashier at the desk. Both of us had our masks on and I thought she wouldn’t recognize me. And then to my surprise, she gave me the widest smile, well I guess because her eyes lit up and wrinkled up as she had. So I returned the smile, I hope my eyes wrinkled enough for her to know how happy I was to see her!

I miss the good old days when we would obsess over new lipstick shades as now its barely a ‘do my eyes wrinkle enough’ game. If I could buy only one brand of lipstick again, that would hands-down be my beloved Anastasia Beverly Hills. I remember buying my first shade Kathryn on one of my favorite beauty gurus Aishwarya Ajit ’s recommendation. The texture and pigmentation are so on point and the SHADES! I haven’t yet found a dupe for most of these shades and I believe they complement the Indian skin tone so well!

Here are my five favorite ABH lipsticks as shown from top to bottom;

1. Dusty Rose
2. Kathryn
3. Ashton
4. Catnip
5. Hudson

2, 3 and 4 are my absolute favorites.

  1. Dusty Rose is a nude Pink and goes well with almost anything
  2. Kathryn is my go-to shade since I stopped wearing bright reds. It is more of a Rosewood shade which looks stunning with Indian/Ethnic wear (and everything else too).
  3. Ashton is another one of my favorite nude lipsticks. Perfect with a smoky eye. For my other nude lipstick suggestions, visit here.
  4. Catnip is my favorite Pink shade forever. It is also the only Pink shade I use anymore. It has a cool undertone.
  5. Hudson is another great Nude.

There are so many sales going on right now, don’t miss grabbing these if you come across them. I usually buy my lipsticks at Douglas.de
