Bring water to boil in a pan for the Spaghetti. Once it boils add the Spaghetti. Cook according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat another pan. Add butter.
Once the butter melts, turn to medium flame and add the Garlic. Saute until it releases its aroma.
Add the Maggi Cube or 2 tbsp Bruhgewurz in warm water. Bring to boil.
Add the beaten Creme Fraiche. Give it a good stir. At this point it may look like its not combining or it has split. This is normal, the Parmesan which we add later will bring it all together.
Stir in the sun-dried Tomatoes and Oregano. Let it boil.
Now add the grated Parmesan. Bring it to a boil.
Now stir in the Spaghetti and combine. Turn off flame.
In the serving plate, place the Spaghetti. Top with grated Parmesan. Slice the breaded Chicken and add on top. Enjoy.
